An Evening with Balsam – March 6, 2015

An Eve with Balsam - audience

‘An Evening with Balsam’, a new event in the Balsam calendar, was a great success with live music, singing, dancing and an opportunity to find out about more about what Balsam do and what we have achieved. Balsam Families had a great time together and we all got to make new friends, some of whom have become prayer partners and supporters.

A new video about the work of Balsam was launched by local graduate, Marc Hackett which featured family interviews as well as feedback from staff and volunteers.

We were also honoured to have Oxford Gospel Choir sing at the event and their mix of contemporary and traditional gospel music was enjoyed by all. Below you can see Gangbusters, the band who got us up out of seats and dancing!

All in all, the evening was a great way to say ‘thank you’ to everyone who is part of the Balsam Family.
